1. Download Global Firmware of android version 12 or 11 (Don’t flash the latest ROM because it will make your device Hang On the Logo after flash.
   Download from here : merlin_global_images_V12.5.4.0.RJOMIXM_20220325.0000.00_11.0_global_ddab954d67
2. Download ENG File : ENG Firmware Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 
3. Download Any Flashing Tool Like Unlocktool or TR Pro Tools or DFT Tool or SP Flash tool
4. First Flash ENG File and it will turn your Device ON
5. Now Take a Backup of NV Data on when your Device is on Engineering Mode
6. Now Restore NV data on your Device on Engineering Mode
7. Now Flash Global Firmware Which you download on steps 1
8. This will turn your Mi Phone On
9. Check IMEI is present or gone
10. If IMEI is gone, Use TR Tool or DFT Pro Tool to repair and fix IMEI
